Burrito Bar x Jarritos “Ski Trip to New Zealand” Competition – Terms and Conditions.
The aforementioned Ski Trip to New Zealand is the prize advertised to be won as part of the draw customer can voluntarily enter into after purchasing a Jarritos Comida meal.
1. Eligibility
1.1. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
1.2. Employees of Burrito Bar, Jarritos, and its distributors, agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
2. Competition Period and Entry Limit
2.1. The competition runs from the 11th of May 2026 to the 28th of June 2026 (the “Competition Period”).
2.2. A maximum of 20,000 entries will be accepted. Once this limit is reached, no further entries will be considered, even if within the Competition Period.
3. Prize Details
3.1. The prize consists of a trip to New Zealand for one (1) winner and 1 guest, which includes return flights from Australia to Queenstown, accommodation for 3 nights, 1 day entry to a ski mountain, including transportation to and from the mountain (specific inclusions to be advised upon winner notification), 2 Limited edition Jarritos Snowaboards, VIP entry to the Jarritos party in Queenstown.
3.2. Travel period will be from 30/07/2026 to 02/08/2026 (inclusive).
3.3. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
3.4. If the winner and/or their guest are unable to travel on the specified dates for any reason, the prize will be forfeited and no compensation will be offered.
4. Travel Requirements
4.1. The winner and their guest must hold a valid passport and must obtain a valid visa or entry permission to enter New Zealand.
4.2. It is the winner’s sole responsibility to ensure that all their travel documents, and those of their guest, are valid and compliant with New Zealand immigration requirements by the date of travel.
4.3. Failure to obtain the necessary travel documentation by the winner or their guest may result in forfeiture of the prize.
5. Assumption of Risk and Limitation of Liability
5.1. The winner acknowledges that snow-related activities (including but not limited to skiing and snowboarding) (“Competition Activities”) carry inherent risks.
5.2. Jarritos or Burrito Bar will not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or claim of any nature in relation to the competition, including arising from participation in the Competition Activities by the winner or their guest.
5.3. The winner is strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel and medical insurance that includes cover for the Competition Activities for themselves and their guest.
6. Winner Selection and Announcement
6.1. The winner will be selected by Jarritos in accordance with the competition’s judging or selection criteria. The judges will come to their decision in their absolute discretion. Jarritos is not required to give reasons for the decision, explain or justify the decision. There is no right of appeal. Jarritos will not enter into any correspondence with any party regarding the decision or results.
6.2. The winner will be announced on Jarritos’ official social media channels and Burrito Bar’s official social media channels after the conclusion of the Competition Period.
6.3. Only the selected winner will be contacted directly using the contact details provided at the time of entry. Entrants who are not selected will not be individually notified.
7. General
7.1. By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
7.2. Jarritos reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
7.3. Jarritos reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the competition if required, subject to regulatory approval where applicable.
7.4. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia.
